The Glass itself is compromised of multiple layers that are combined to make the glass stronger. It is compromised of multiple layers of glass separated by a PVS layer that makes it very hard to break. Upon the unlikely event of it breaking then it will not shatter like regular glass. It is the most common type of glass used in commercial settings.
